A penis pump, disturbing acts going on under a black robe, and the judge accused:

JUNE 24--While seated on the bench, an Oklahoma judge used a male enhancement pump, shaved and oiled his nether region, and pleasured himself, state officials charged yesterday in a petition to remove the jurist.

According to the below complaint filed by the Oklahoma Attorney General, Donald D. Thompson, 57, was caught in the act by a clerk, trial witnesses, and his longtime court reporter (these unsettling first-hand accounts will make you wonder what’s going on under other black robes).

Visitors to Thompson’s Creek County courtroom reported hearing a “swooshing” sound coming from the bench, a noise the court reporter said “sounded like a blood pressure cuff being pumped up.” Thompson, the complaint charges, even pumped himself up during an August 2003 murder trial.

Sorry, A.W., I missed your post on that one ...
How outrageous is that judge?
It says volumes about the judicial system in need of a ‘clean up’.

Actually i see you as engaging in the zero failure fallacy there. one judge can whack off in court without it bearing on the enter judicial system of the us. the fact that removal proceedings are going forward says this is not a systematic failure but an abberration.

A.W., I have seen more than just one cog in the wheel fail in the Connecticut Court System.
Those that don’t break ranks to protect each other is too often a matter of course. For quality and justice they should, at least more than they do now.

Being a lawyer, A.W., you will defend your own, your industry, and take an insult against another in the judiciary as an insult to yourself.

I am not attacking you, as it is just human nature. Those that judge are supposed to be at a higher standard. The public is not getting that quality.

Just as with religion, one will side with one of his/her flock.

Ok ... off on a tangent, priest can’t police themselves ... neither can anyone else. Then there is abuse.
