Sleazy Landlords

...

Big Brother, the head cop, eating a citizen Posted by Hello

In Connecticut, vandals, teens abusing alcohol, thieves, prostitutes, low-level heroin and crack cocaine dealers, and other criminals are used as revenue collection tools for cities and the state.

When the useful, lifetime common criminal parasites are no longer of use to police, or they get bored, their allies end up being warehoused in prison as felons at $74/day/inmate, when crime could have been prevented in the early stages, and a productive taxpayer could have resulted.

Landlords are considered scum and few people care when a state, police, prosecutors, judges, and the system in general barbecues a landlord that has been wronged and has complained.

Squatters that gained access to my property, couldn’t be arrested as trespassers, but got a free 6 months where I had to pay for their electricity, heat, hot water, water left on, thousands in lost income and damages, with NO HELP from police and the courts, just threats from officials if I didn’t shut up and leave the state.

A retired police officer kept flooding my basement with sewage, continuing calling the health department and court officials, and I almost ended up in prison for negligence, as he wouldn’t allow me access to clean up his messes until he had taken pictures and called authorities!

Connecticut is not pro-small business, and is not in anyway ethical and good to those that invest in downtown property, including single family homes. They’re just greedy bastards out to fuck over whomever they can.

Landlord Rights and Free Speech

A letter like this one, got me thrown in prison. The letter was to the former Governor Rowland and was meant to be sarcastic, as I had complained the same way since 1998 about police and official corruption, and retaliation to silence a whistle-blower came out of the Governor's office through the head of the Connecticut State Police.

Landlord Endangered Children, Police Say
February 12, 2005 Associated Press

NEW HAVEN -- A New Haven landlord was arrested Thursday night after police said they discovered two children living in an apartment with no heat and raw sewage on the floor.

Sarah Buchanan, 40, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, reckless endangerment and cruelty. She was being held with bail set at $75,000 Friday, police said.

Police entered the two-family home on Edgewood Avenue after spotting building code damages.

Inside the building, a 6-year-old child was living in a room with several inches of sewage on the floor, police said.

A 4-year-old was also in the apartment. Police spokesman Bonnie Winchester said the children were in Buchanan's care, but were not her biological children.

New Haven Police Lt. Ray Hassett said it was one of the worst situations he's seen in 18 years on the job.

The above came from the Hartford Courant website.

My email to incoming Gov. Rell of Connecticut regarding Rowland and corruption

How can there not still be sleaze in the Connecticut Governor’s Office, if former Rowland aids are answering Rell’s phones? (post)

Can cops rape, rob, beat, and murder with immunity?
(post contains pictures of young adults brutalized by police, and picture of a 1978 Chevrolet Corvette and one of the houses I fixed up from a boarded up condition)

Names named, criminals in Stafford Springs, Connecticut, reported but nothing is done by the armed revenue collectors and the money collecting, not criminal correcting, court system

What do you really hope to gain by all this ranting and raving? Do you think you can make a better living at this than being a contractor? How many people have you stiffed? I bet with all your rant and raves there are plenty of people out there who could rant and rave about you. Don't you think? or do you just move on.....

Your "ranting and raving" only proves that you are a very
angry, insecure, and a non-contributor to our society.

Instead of making a difference, you insist on pointing out the
corruption and the negatives of "your-so-called surroundings!"
I pity you.

If you're hoping for the applause and the respect, perhaps as a
first time reader to your articles my contribution to you is "lighten-up, be aware of how you project yourself to people, AND never give anyone any information to use against you.

In short, there are too many people out there like you screaming out the injustice, corruption, etc., and unfortunately still living in a box.

Broaden your horizons and allow "us" readers to view your opinions as constructive instead of destructive criticism.

By the way, "YOU" would not be someone I'd have part of my team,
we frown on individuals like you.

I suspect you are a "user" more than a giver.

Added note: Stark Raving Viking suits you well!

I plan on lightening up.

What was wrongly taken, might just pay dividends.

The first one to laugh doesn't always laugh the loudest.

I can be a team player, or on my own, completely on my own, I can move mountains.

Taking out a Governor, a Connecticut State Police Commissioner, and maybe the judge that as part of the corruption machine, tried to put me out like garbage, is not a bragging point, it is my right.

Blogging may do for America, what it needed, badly.

There is just too much Blue Blood shit and it is time to clean house.

Stay tuned.
