Obvious Official Retribution, Mafia Style

Why isn't Judge Jonathan Kaplan investigated for crimes committed?

Christopher Kennedy tried to lodge a complaint, it has been less than a year since Kaplan broke the law in Kennedy's case. His case won't be heard and he is within the 3 year deadline. No decision should be made by the Apellate court as they are short of justices, but since when does the law or the Constitution matter in Connecticut?

Lawyers in Connecticut are afraid of bringing a case against ANY judge regarding misconduct, and will refuse to dispute or nail another lawyer for ethincal and financial misconduct.

Arthur L. Spada is a former Rockville Connecticut Judge and the former Connecticut State Police Commissioner, will he be investigated for obstructing justice and for crimes he has committed?

Pay more taxes, get harassed, and have to worry about the hammer falling on you. Connecticut is no place to live.
