The Culture of Corruption Continues?

Rowlandgate 2?

Rellgate?

I don’t have all the facts and have not confirmed anything. There is allegedly an 800 million dollar bond for Condos to be built in Naugatuck Connecticut. The note is worth 3.2 billion. The mayor of that town is allegedly is to already have been offered a “secret” position in Governor Rell’s administration.

Taxpayers may have to pay back the bond at $20,000 each without interest considered.

The bond is being paid back at 12%, according to my source! Judges are allegedly the main bond holders. What!!!???

Those that owned “target” properties, law abiding, tax paying citizens, were targets of police, DCF, the courts, and private investigators to “soften” up “marks” to steal property for building and bond scams to make the rich richer at the expense of everyone else.

Should public money be used to make private people rich? Are Politicians, Judges, Police, Prosecutors, DCF, and others profiting illegally?

"The backroom fix a deal":

Borough may ask questions Officials mull questionnaire for board candidates

NAUGATUCK Connecticut- Several borough officials want the public to be informed when there is a vacancy on a borough board or commission.

And, burgesses say they want to know more about candidates before they vote to put them on those boards.

So, the Board of Mayor and Burgesses, which votes to appoint people to several borough boards, will discuss Tuesday whether to ask nominees for various borough boards to fill out a brief questionnaire so they can learn more about those people. The document would explain why the respective candidates want to be on land-use commissions.

Mayor Ronald S. San Angelo said he asks people to join boards he knows they are interested in. He said he does not publicize the vacancies in the newspaper because, he believes, doing so has not worked in the past. And he said there is currently a lack of people who want to volunteer on local volunteer boards.

Still, many burgesses say want to know more about the people they vote to appoint.

"I'm tired of voting on people I don't know," said Burgess Eileen M. Bronko. "We are usually given a very brief synopsis of the candidates from the mayor, but we don't get much background. I take my responsibilities very seriously, and I'd just like to know more about who I'm voting to approve."

Mary Davis, a wetlands commissioner, and Diana Raczkowski, a zoning commissioner, have developed brief forms that they want land-use board candidates to fill out.

If approved by burgesses, those forms will ask candidates for land-use commissions to explain why they want to serve on commissions, and whether they have any special expertise or knowledge that will help them serve the borough well.

Deputy Mayor Tamath K. Rossi said she believes the form is a great idea because burgesses could get some insight about the people they are voting to approve. And Burgess Anthony R. Campbell suggested that a two-man panel should listen to the qualifications of the candidates before voting to put them on commissions.

Raczkowski said she also wants the mayor to publicize in the newspaper when there is a vacancy on a board.

"We have gotten some very good commissioners through the current process," she said. "But I don't think it's fair for the rest of the citizens who might want to get involved."

Steve: Please edit as follows..Rowland Made a Killing Here in crooked land deals and so it goes

Rellgate? or the Best Lil' Whorehouse in CT ?

No hard evidence in as yet...but according to skimpy reports publshed in the Connecticut Waterbury Republican Newspaper, there is a proposed $700 + million dollar bond for a private condo deal...ah...
ah joint venture by the Naugatuck Economic Developement Commission, Alex 'Sue Em a Million in Bridgeport' Pomeroy, and the unwilling Naugatuck taxpayers.

When the interest rate of this gigantic bond is NOT fully disclosed to the captured taxpayer body, who will be left holding this really huge debt-bag. We can only surmise Naugatuck folks are neither willing or able to fork over their property, that is their currency to fund Pomeroy's get richer scheme.

According to municipal bond watchers, in order to entice bucks into these bonds, a rating and interest rate must be attactive to lure investors to buy these tax-free bonds. Municipal bonds are a favorite place to park money for CT judiciary, and the connected ah-stupes.

Afterall this is how you economically jump start an olde mill river town?

When May election comes up this Spring, voters, not ALL taxpayers will vote on whether to float a bond and give their Constitutional-protected rights, and money away for this scheme.
Just who casts this evil spell over Naugatuck voters that intoxicates the citizens into believing they can vote other people's property away from them, to enrich Pomeroy? The entire idea of a referendum to vote your money away from you, to put in Pomeroy's big bag is a crock!

Maybe it's Mayor Ron San Angelo? Ron-ron who will be the first to leave the sinkin' ship Town of Naugatuck after the referendum-de-dum to take a job with Gov Jodie team? The word is out that Ron-ron needs more security and will be taking a pension in his new promise State position...job.

Next, but a big toker in his own right, Dennis Clisham, Naugatuck chief of police will be leaving too with a helluva big disability-pension $117K yr, plus a retirement job on the Town golf course. Mayor Ron said OK to this one...

Next, an ultimate political insider, from the Lineweber clan is coming into $2 million dollars when the Town of Naugatuck, purchases his land that is part rock ledge and water for a non-disclosed use.

Condos to be built in Naugatuck Connecticut. The note is worth 3.2 billion. The mayor of that towAlex n is allegedly is to already have been offered a “secret position in Governor Rell’s administration.

Taxpayers may have to pay back the bond at $20,000 each without interest considered.

Those that own “target valuable properties, in Pomeroy's way ltax paying citizens, were targets too... by police, DCF, the courts, and private investigators to beat-up in their own special way.

Politicians, Judges, Police, Prosecutors, DCF, and a certain ex-governor, are keeping the Naugatuck deals real secret.

I am being severely harrassed in Naugatuck CT
I have been now for a few years at least. now they are so blatant about it. They are so empowered by their ability to get away with anything including no touch torture which really amounts to murder that they don't even worry about the law. It is so criminal and evil and they have stolen a significant part of my life and income. Now they are after my property. They know who is vulnerable and they know how to harass and hurt people with impunity. I have been so targeted by these criminals that I am leaving this area. I know God will take care of the scumbags in due time. My advise to anyone that is considering CT as a home to rethink their choice and to anyone that is not well connected and or vulnerable or living alone is to leave this area while you still can.
