Lying goes with Stealing

Department of Children and Family workers can decide the futures of children and break up families with a few scratches of a pen on a paper. Quotas being met, means a state with a lack of an industrial base, gets a corruption transfusion for its corruption system, Federal Tax Dollars. Perjury, lying, manufacturing evidence, and children ruined for life, that sounds like a nice place to live, right?

State Employee Arrested

By REGINE LABOSSIERE, The Hartford Courant
MANCHESTER -- An employee of the state Department of Social Services was being held on $50,000 bond after her arraignment in Superior Court in Manchester Wednesday after she was arrested and charged with stealing money.

Police said Rosalina Tao, 49, of Cedar Street, who is an office assistant in the local office of the state agency and has access to clients' files, was stealing money from at least one DSS client. The client reported money missing from her Electronic Benefits Transfer card account. Through the investigation, police were able to link the times and dates of the suspicious withdrawals to the times and dates when Tao allegedly withdrew money from that client's account using the Sam's Food Store ATM on East Middle Turnpike.

Police said they monitored the store's surveillance video and observed Tao making withdrawals from the ATM and suspiciously looking around to see if anyone was watching her.

Tao turned herself in to Manchester police early Wednesday and she was charged with fourth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny, criminal mischief, two counts of fraudulent use of an ATM, unauthorized use of a computer and third-degree identity theft. Tao is scheduled to return to court April 17.

Steve,
I can tell you first hand the heartache of having no money for you or your children and the stress from fear of being thrown in jail for failing to pay support you don't have. The state is destroying families to hide and protect the corruption and income from Federal dollars. The long term affects far outweigh the short term gains but our state legislators, judges and attorneys don't care when they are reaping the benefits from the suffering of the common citizen. Connecticut is so corrupt you are complaining to one criminal about another.

We concentrated on ADA laws and some of the proposed legislation for judicial oversite. Three bills are of interest to us that highlight problems in the judiciary that other legislators agree with. Bill also found some very convincing evidence and documents on the ADA which shows CT is not anywhere near compliance.

I will talk to you today.
-C.
