Sodomized for being innocent in Connecticut?

A man was accused of wrongdoing.

A police report stated he did not do anything wrong.

A call was allegedly put into former Police Commissioner Arthur L. Spada and the incident was "re-investigated" by Connecticut State Police. Should Spada and others face arrest for their actions in regards to the alleged incident and others like it?

Even though the man is innocent of wrong doing, he was held in prison for over 2 years, allegedly sodomized during a rape, and assaulted, while in prison in Connecticut.

Keeping him in prison kept the police and other officials from getting in trouble for misconduct.

The story repeats itself over and over in Connecticut.

Why don't you show the full report instead of merely the out of context supplemental?
