Attorney Barbara C. Johnson

Connecticut, A Police State

Attorney Johnson allegedly upset Connecticut Rockville Court Judge, Jonathan J. Kaplan with her defense of her client, and for the criticism she had for Connecticut Judges on her website.

Johnson refused to take off materials on her website, was disbarred and then jailed. I guess free speech does not apply to lawyers. If your attorney actually serves you against a judge's, a prosecutor's, or against the wishes of police, will he or she be disbarred, arrested, and jailed?
