Will this come up to haunt Barack Obama?

Keeping the US Constitution from becoming null and void is an important issue.

Excerpt:

Illinois resident Hale DeMar was prosecuted by the town of Wilmette for using a handgun in his home to defend his family in 2003. Because Wilmette had imposed a ban on the possession of handguns, several Illinois state legislators introduced SB 2165 to protect the right of self-defense for residents like DeMar.

True to form, Obama voted against the pro-gun legislation.5

It is very telling that Obama moved further to the left than most of the liberal legislators in his state. The self-defense bill protecting gun owners like DeMar passed the state senate 41-16 and was later enacted into law over the governor's veto (and over Obama's opposition).

The concealed carry of firearms is another important issue for gun owners, and yet Obama is not only opposed to citizens carrying guns, he supports using federal laws to override those states which currently allow the practice.

In 2004, Obama said he supports a national ban on concealed carry because the states that allow it are "threatening the safety of Illinois residents."6 Never mind the fact that concealed carry laws have improved the safety of citizens in the states that have enacted such laws.7

I shot Obama Barack live Feb. 4, 2008, at the Hartford, Connecticut, XL Center [video]

I personally like Barack Obama. He has a lot of personality and can move people. I watched him in action. He would, in my opinion, really be an unstoppable candidate if he came out for cleaning up the courts, making them fair and accessible for all, and had a stance where women that fear being raped, or any other citizen without felonies or history of mental illness, may possess firearms and also obtain a permit to carry concealed weapons.

I was down in Mississippi and New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina hit. I know that police can't always be there, and aren't always willing to protect and serve. Being American means being able to defend oneself on one's own property, or anywhere, if attacked.

Something Connecticut authorities just don't seem to get. [my take]

To Reid Cherlin, Press Secretary
Obama Campaign:

Barack Obama’s policy on the right of American’s to carry concealed weapons might hurt his chances to be President. I think Barack would be unstoppable if he came out strong in support of the US Constitution and for Court Reform. This email to you with more explanation posted [here]

Will [this] be enough reason for Hillary Rodham Clinton to be arrested and face a trial?

[click here] for video I shot of Hillary Clinton and Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal. I was using a VHS-C camera I got on eBay for $45 without a tripod.

John McCain

P.J. Snyder is a Connecticut property owner that fled to Arizona to avoid more persecution from Connecticut authorities. Self-described "more important" people wanted to buy or take Ms. Snyder's property and did not want to have to pay fair market price. The courts and police in Connecticut are glad to "fix" a citizen so they lose their business or property when someone "more important" either is business competition or wants properties and businesses at a bargain basement price.

Snyder fled to Arizona and Connecticut authorities were out to further retaliate against her for speaking out about being abused and ripped off, so the Connecticut authorities set out to have her arrested in Arizona.

McCain allegedly personally stepped in to keep Connecticut authorities from having their way. I admire McCain for stepping up and doing what is right.

Any candidate that I would vote for, would have to re-fortify the US Constitution pre 9-11 and do something about the gross judicial misconduct going on Federally and in States.
