Attorney Free Speech?

Barbara C. Johnson is a former candidate for Massachusetts governor. She has a website reporting on the abuses of the court system. Barb has been critical of Rockville Superior Court Judge Jonathan Kaplan in Connecticut. Kaplan then called judges in Massachusetts to have Johnson disbarred. Barb was later jailed after being disbarred.

Lawyers that speak freely and defend their clients against the wishes of judges, powerful prosecutors, and cop brass can be disbarred and jailed.

What does that say about attorneys being allowed to exercise free speech?

My interview with Barbara C. Johnson back in 2006. [here]
