Clinton reveals foundation donors
Mr Clinton's presidential library is maintained by his charitable foundation
Former US President Bill Clinton has released the names of the donors to his charitable foundation and library.
Donors on the list include the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as the governments of Norway, Kuwait, Qatar, Brunei, Italy and Jamaica.
Other donors included Bill Gates, Elton John and security firm Blackwater.
The list has been released as part of a deal with President-elect Barack Obama to allow Mr Clinton's wife Hillary to become Secretary of State.
Critics had expressed concerns that the donations could have influenced the way Mrs Clinton carried out her duties as America's top diplomat.
The Clinton Foundation says its efforts to release this information are "unprecedented" and go beyond what is required by law.
The foundation has led efforts to combat HIV/Aids in the developing world, tackle climate change and fight childhood obesity in the US.
It is also responsible for the construction and maintenance of Mr Clinton's presidential library in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The top donors to the foundation, with donations greater than $25m, were two charities - the Children's Investment Fund Foundation and Unitaid. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia donated a sum between $10m and $25m, and the Norwegian government gave between $5m and $10m.
