Town Hall Pirates

The former Chicopee Massachusetts Health Inspector allegedly went nine years without doing an inspection.

I ate at this restaurant sometime last week and overheard restaurant workers talking about Chicopee.

Restaurant owners just had to send in their fees, and someone had to die or get sick in order for there to be any health enforcement.

My point is that town hall employees and too many public officials are not required to do their jobs and still get paid, have to work half as long as most private sector workers, and get a cushy retirement after being overpaid in tax dollars.

Public officials seem to think they can reward families and friends with taxpayer cash, contracts, and jobs, while feeling they have a right to ruin citizens that lodge complaints against the free for all. These officials will also ruin and put out of business, competition for "connected" businesses, and those that rival their friends' and family's business and property interests. Racism can also play a factor. [post]

Until officials, all the way up to the US President, have to obey the same laws we do, the across the board rip off and abuse of taxpayers will only continue.

QQQQ Kittery Maine

Yes, 4Q Kittery Maine ...

I just got off the phone with Kelly of Code Enforcement, ext 305, 207-439-0452, of the Kittery town hall in Maine.

I was told that to do interior or exterior painting jobs you need to apply for a permit!

You need to post the permit in a window.

Town officials can then come to your house and inspect!

Hard line Communists must have fled the former USSR and have now infiltrated town halls across the USA.

There are too many fees, fines, and undeclared taxes. There is too much official invasion of privacy.

When are we going to say, "When"?

Border Agents Can Search Laptops Without Cause, Court Rules

The 3-0 decision is likely to extend to cell phones and other personal electronic devices.

U.S. border agents can search traveler's laptops without suspicion, according to a recent court ruling.

The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled this week that computers are like luggage and therefore subject to searches at national borders and airports. The 3-0 decision is likely to extend to cell phones and other personal electronic devices. It overturns a previous ruling that sided with a defendant's arguments that laptop searches to constitute intrusions of the mind.

Timothy Arnold, a 43-year-old teacher from California, challenged the federal government's right to search laptops after border agents searched his computer nearly three years ago, reported finding child pornography, and arrested him on his way back from the Philippines.

The U.S. District Court for the Central District of California ruled that agents must have reasonable suspicion to search electronic devices and said they did not meet that threshold in Arnold's case. The government appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court.

Federal laws allow border agents to search diaries and other personal material without cause. The U.S. Department of Justice claims that laptops are no different than other containers and agents must be able to search them in order to prevent crime and protect national security.

The Association of Corporate Travel Executives disagrees. It filed an amicus brief siding with Arnold and pointing out that laptops contain personal information, which could be systematically collected, stored, and searched without justification or oversight. Laptops can also be confiscated and held indefinitely.

The ACTE has warned its members to be cautious about carrying proprietary information across U.S. borders because searches could compromise corporate privacy.

Arnold's lawyer plans to appeal the latest decision.

No Secret Profits for a Private Police Force?

Murphy’s “Blackwater Bill” passes in House

by saramerica · April 23rd, 2008 · 3:12 pm · 6 Comments

Back when Rep. Chris Shay’s (CT-4) crush, Erik “Helluva Job!” Prince, the CEO of Blackwater USA testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, he refused to answer Rep. Chris Murphy’s (CT-5) questions regarding how much profit Blackwater makes off of government contracts. Upon discovering that the government often has no idea how much profit is being made off of no-bid government contracts, Murphy introduced H.R. 3928, the Government Funding Transparency Act of 2008, to require firms like Blackwater – that make more than 80% of their revenue from taxpayer dollars and who have contracts worth more than $25 million in any fiscal year - to disclose executive compensation, as with a publicly traded company.

Murphy secured key bipartisan support for his bill from Government Reform Committee Ranking Member Tom Davis of Virginia on the floor of the House today and Congressman John Duncan, a Republican from Tennessee, during a Subcommittee on Government Management, Organization, and Procurement hearing on his bill.

The disclosure would be required to be posted on an Office of Management and Budget (OMB) operated website – www.USAspending.gov – which was authorized as part of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act adopted in 2006.

According to the OMB-run website, the federal government has granted an increasing number of no-bid contracts. And yet, with such a substantial increase in government funding going to companies that win the funding through a no-bid process and are virtually subsidiaries of the United States government, very little is known about the private companies reaping the windfall.

Since 2001, Blackwater has had a meteoric rise in profits due to the hundreds of millions of dollars in government contracts, often won through no-bid processes. From 2001 through 2006, Blackwater contracts increased by 80,000%, from $736,906 in 2001 to $593,601,952 in 2006.

“Erik Prince, or anyone else, shouldn’t be making millions off of this war while our soldiers are fighting and dying and their families are just getting by,”
Murphy said.

Connecticut Legislators Steeped in Sleaze?

Intern Testimony 4/15/2008

Excerpt from CTNewsjunkie.com:

At a forum on Connecticut’s history of disciplining public officials Tuesday, a legislative intern known for sporting a Fedora at work made some wild accusations about what goes on around the Capitol.

“Eighty percent of the legislators here have some form of corruption, whether in their background or right now,” the intern for three House Democrats said at Tuesday’s forum, according to video footage from the Connecticut Network.

The video is one of the most viewed on the Connecticut Network Web site and has legislators talking about the four-minute dialogue that the intern, Michael Marsulo, had with the panelists.

“From liquor and smoking in a state facility, from sex in actual offices to kickbacks from lobbyists…” Marsulo said.

8More than one legislator joked that they would like to know where the sex is happening so they could get some and many were asking each other if they were part of the 80 percent or the 20 percent.

Have juries been rendered useless?

Judges can still punish acquitted defendants

template_bas

In refusing to consider a Wisconsin man's appeal, the Supreme Court says jurists can issue prison sentences even if the jury has cleared a defendant of certain crimes.
WASHINGTON -- The Supreme Court declined Monday to reconsider a legal rule that might surprise most Americans: Judges can punish defendants for certain crimes even after a jury has acquitted them of those charges.

In recent years, the justices have described the right to jury trial as one of the bedrock principles of American law. At the same time, they have been unwilling to say that a jury's not-guilty verdict on some charges means the defendant cannot be punished. Instead, the court has said judges may take into account "acquitted conduct" when they decide on a prison term.

The case of Mark Hurn of Madison, Wis., provides a stark example of the rule.

Hurn was given an additional 15 years in prison for possessing crack cocaine, even though a jury acquitted him of the charge. He was convicted of having powder cocaine in his house, a charge that would warrant between two and three years in prison under federal sentencing guidelines.

But he was sentenced to nearly 18 years in prison, as though he had been convicted on both counts.

"This was an extraordinary increase," said Elizabeth Perkins, a lawyer in Madison who filed his appeal. "Allowing a sentencing judge to disregard the verdict of the jury is very disappointing."

In 1997, the high court endorsed the acquitted conduct rule in a California case, but the justices did so in a brief, unsigned opinion. They agreed judges can decide on the sentence for a convicted criminal by "relying on the entire range of conduct" presented by prosecutors, not just the charges that resulted in guilty verdicts. In recent years, the rule has allowed judges to give defendants long prison terms even when a jury rejected key parts of the prosecution's case.

In Hurn's case, the U.S. appeals court in Chicago agreed that his prison term was "based almost entirely on acquitted conduct." Nonetheless, the judges upheld his full sentence last year, citing the Supreme Court's earlier rulings.

The case began in 2005 when police in Madison searched Hurn's home and found drugs. They seized 450 grams of crack cocaine, about 50 grams of powder cocaine and $38,000 in cash. Hurn admitted to being a drug dealer, but at his trial he testified the crack belonged to other people who lived in the house.

A jury convicted him of possessing powder cocaine but acquitted him of the crack cocaine charges. Nonetheless, prosecutors said he should be punished for both the crack and powder cocaine offenses, and recommended a sentence of about 20 years in prison.

U.S. District Judge John Shabazz agreed with the prosecutors and said there was good reason to think Hurn was guilty of the crack cocaine charges. He imposed a sentence of nearly 18 years.

Lawyers for Hurn appealed to the Supreme Court last fall, arguing that federal prosecutors should not be permitted to "execute an end run around" the jury. They cited several recent rulings in which the justices described the right to a jury trial as one of the bedrock principles of American law.

But on Monday, the justices turned down the appeal petition in Hurn vs. United States without comment.

"This is very disappointing," said Douglas Berman, an Ohio State University law professor who is an expert on sentencing. "They have dodged this for now, but eventually the Supreme Court will have to grapple with this again."

State Registered Confidential Police Informants can be drug dealers, prostitutes, vandals, thieves, and general scum of the earth. Police will pay them tax dollars to do their bidding, for sex, to set up citizens, to beat up citizens so police can arrest citizens, to railroad citizens to prison that make police misconduct complaints. [A video] of a typical example in Connecticut, which might expose the national problem.

Lawyers can be told to not defend their clients by a corrupt judge, but will overcharge a client anyway. [example]

Police officers commit perjury at trials so often it is called, "testalying". Political prisoners and minorities can be loaded into prisons, like running train passengers through turnstiles. [post]

Impressed

click image to make full size. Nicky Barnes, "Mr. Untouchable"

I watched a copy of a DVD, "Mr. Untouchable", I was rather impressed with the documentary style and the way the real characters in the story of the heroin trade in New York City in and around the 1970's was incredible. It is a history piece, it conveys a message, and it shows where we have been in America, and what is still present, today, just slicker and even more prevalent.

[click here] for reasons that there should be Civilian Oversight of Police and of Independent Contractors paid with tax dollars to kill in war zones. Who are the new "Nicky Barnes" operatives on the streets?

[youtube trailer of film]

Did a video shot by a video blogger possibly lead into the financial dealings of former New York Attorney General and Governor, Eliot Spitzer, being investigated, leading to the the scandal of his hiring prostitutes being exposed? Scroll down in [this post] for video.

I like the above movie, much more than another movie I was impressed with, "American Gangster". Denzel Washington did an excellent job of portraying Frank Lucas. But it lacked the actual characters telling their own story as in "Mr. Untouchable".

I couldn't understand why, after I had invested 100's of thousands of dollars investing in Connecticut properties, working hard for years, being an asset to my community, that Connecticut State Police, Troop C, were more interested in paying or encouraging prostitutes, drug dealers, vandals, and common criminal parasites to commit crimes, and target me, a working, home owning, taxpayer trying to raise a family.

After viewing the above mentioned movies, I know how police in Connecticut operate and why, in downtown areas, that they interact and protect organized crime, prostitutes, drug dealers, vandals, and other criminals.

Propaganda and Rumors?

You may have heard, rumors or possible accounts, of Israeli, American, and other troops and operatives purposely shooting civilians and independent journalists in knee caps, genitals, shoulders, hands, and feet to cause the most pain and lifelong suffering.

About two years or more ago I heard about a joint venture by Israel and American operatives to test a way of causing the most death in a concentrated way of civilians protesting and/or opposing troops with a new weapon. Allegedly Palestinians were test subjects. Groups of Palestinians were supposed to have approached a Israel containment fence and were zapped. When the bodies of these victims were returned to their families they were missing internal organs, eyes, and/or other body parts to disguise the fact that they were zapped and/or to test the effectiveness of different settings.

Killer Robot Pulls Gun On US Troops

By Charlie Sorrel EmailApril 11, 2008 | 5:48:44 AMCategories: Defense, Robots

ed209.jpg Remember this scene from Robocop? It's the public unveiling of ED-209, and a programming glitch causes the giant killer robot to gun down an innocent suit. A chilling scene, and one which was almost re-enacted for real in Iraq.

Last year, three remote controlled, gun-toting robots, named SWORDS, were deployed in the war zone and then suddenly pulled from duty. Nobody knew why until Popular Mechanics quizzed the US Army's Kevin Fahey at the RoboBusiness conference this week. Apparently, one of the robots went rogue: "the gun started moving when it was not intended to move" said Fahey. Unlike ED-209, the 'bots were shutdown before any shots were fired, but it seems that the incident left people spooked enough to pull the plug on the operation.

From the Truth will set you Free blog:

Why does Irving Kristol's and Gertrude Himmelfarb's son want the U.S. to invade Iran?

That son? William Kristol, preeminent chickenhawk, war monger and one of the forces behind the "Project for the New American Century"(PNAC), the REAL roadmap being used in the ME, not for peace, but used to wage endless wars against Israel's "existential" enemies.

A war fought by American kids, for the greater glory of Israel.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Kristol not only help found PNAC, he served as its chairman.

PNAC stated that American's would not get behind endless wars, unless, there was some kind of event, like a new Pearl Harbor.

From Wikipedia, here's that statement

"Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event––like a new Pearl Harbor" (51)

And that new Pearl Harbor came on September 11, 2001, giving chickenhawks and war mongers like Kristol the excuse they'd been dreaming of--if not planning for--to help shove the U.S. into fighting endless wars in the ME.

What is Billy boy's philosophy? To get the U.S. stuck in the ME, fighting war after war for Israel. Kristol has been pimping for Israeli interests, putting the interests of a foreign country over his birth nation, America.

Kristol and his fellow travelers saw 9/11 not as a tragedy, but as an opportunity to push America into Israel's conflicts, as this article from the Atlantic Free Press shows:

As I've written elsewhere, "According to Scott McConnell, in the very first issue published after 9/11, the Weekly Standard 'laid down a line from which the magazine would not waver over the next 18 months.' Their line was 'to link Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden in virtually every paragraph, to join them at the hip in the minds of readers, and then lay out a strategy that actually gave attacking Saddam priority over eliminating al Qaeda.' [McConnell, "The Weekly Standard's War," The American Conservative, September 21, 2001

The editor of the Weekly Standard? William Kristol

As some knew back then and most of the world knows now, there was NO link between Saddam and al-Qaeda, but something so trifling as the truth doesn't stop these blood thirsty lunatics from cheerleading for an endless succession of ME wars, fought by the U.S., fought for the greater glory of Eretz Israel

An Israel that would eventually include all of Occupied Palestine and Lebanon, and large chunks of Egypt, Syria and Jordan.
Plus, parts of Turkey and Iraq and Saudi Arabia.

That's our war on terror. A war in which Israel uses the armed might of the U.S. to terrorize those nations into becoming part and parcel of Israel. Land stolen by Israel with the U.S. paying for the theft in blood and wealth.

Kristol and his deranged band of war mongers now want the U.S. to bomb and or invade another of Israel's enemies, Iran.

This morning, there are news stories from London, to New York, to Tel Aviv, showing a purported Iranian launch site for long range ICBM's. A site that was just recently found.

There are hundreds of spy satellites circling the globe that have mapped every square inch of its terrain, and we're supposed to swallow this bunk that only now, this site was "discovered?"

If you believe that, i've got some yellow cake to sell you.

One of the main proponents of bombing Iran, Kristol, is all over the airwaves, babbling on about how the U.S. needs to hit Iran (For those that doubt Zionist control of the MSM, not only here in America, but world-wide, just keep your eyes on the never ending stream of hit pieces against Iran coming out in the next month)

This from a draft-dodging chickenhawk who was too scared to actually go and fight in the Vietnam War, but one who has no qualms about sending YOUR sons and daughters over to fight Israel's wars.

That Kristol is a fifth columnist for a foreign power is evident in the way he spews his foreign intrigues and agitprop all over the media.

Listen to what this Brainiac had to say about invading Iraq on February 20, 2003, Mr. Kristol incredibly gushed

"If we free the people of Iraq, we will be respected in the Arab world."

Yes, Billy boy, they respect us alright. They respect the fact that we've turned Iraq into one, huge killing field and destroyed that nation.

Kristol, you're views are so delusional, that no self-respecting media outlet would hire you to write some more of your foaming at the mouth articles about the ME, that is, unless that rag is the New York Times, who recently hired you, to most likely fill the shoes, or should i say ladies pumps, of the departed and disgraced White House stenographer, Judith Miller.

Bill, old boy, there is such a thing as law, somewhere in this world and maybe you should keep in mind that according to international law, what you're doing, advocating war and war crimes, is in violation of that law, or as Robert Parry of Consortium News said on August, 21 2006:

"Under principles of international law applied from Nuremberg to Rwanda, propagandists who contribute to war crimes or encourage crimes against humanity can be put in the dock alongside the actual killers."

Keep that in mind Bill boy. Unless you want to be in the same dock as Condi Rice, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Cheney, Bush and the rest of your criminal gang.

Here, i'll leave you with an exchange Billy boy had with Stephen Colbert of the "Colbert Report" about PNAC:

Colbert shakes up Bill Kristol over PNAC ties

Crooks and Liars | April 29 2006

Bill Kristol, who is one of the major players in the group called PNAC, joined the set of the "Colbert Report," and I think was taken off guard right at the outset of the show because he had to answer questions that our media never asks. PNAC envisioned America attacking the Middle East since the middle '90's and for some inexplicable reason (that was a joke) the media never questions him or his members which have lined the walls of Bush's cabinet about PNAC and how it influenced our foreign policy, which led us to attack Iraq.

Colbert immediately called him on it and Kristol was quite embarrassed talking about it.

Colbert: Speaking of thinking alike, you were a member, or are a member of the New Project for the American Century, correct?

Kristol: I am.

Colbert: Were or am, am?

Kristol: Were and am.

Colbert: How's that project coming?

Kristol: well. it's..(stammering)

Colbert: How's the New American Century, looks good to me?

Kristol: Ahh--I think...hehe yea--I'm speechless..

Colbert: Really?

Kristol: Yea...we've sort of...the Project for the New American Century is just a few people..

Colbert: Come on, it’s a terrific New American Century, right?

Kristol: Well I think we do OK.

Colbert: You Rummy Wolfowitz, Cheney, Pearle, Feith, all you guys right?

Kristol (responds timidly): Well, we fought back after 9/11..

"Who are you and where are you located?"

I received a call from Paul D. Hinckley, Woodbury, Connecticut, selectman yesterday afternoon. [his contact information]

I had left a message on his voice mail about [the case of Bill Mulready]. Hinckley seemed more interested in where I am located than in what I had to ask him. I told him that I am located in Brattleboro, Vermont. The police in Connecticut have a policy for those that lodge police misconduct complaints, it is called "Arrest and Discredit".

Should police be able to walk up to you in public and tell you that you will be arrested if you are seen in public, or wish to express your opinion in public? Are police to be used as a Domestic Spying Organization?

Hinckley told me that as selectman, he is also the police chief, carrying a badge, but with no gun or arrest powers. He wanted to know exactly where I was located. He told me that the officer, George Romano, would be reported to the Resident Connecticut State Trooper of Woodbury, Sgt. Rafferty.

In Connecticut making a [police misconduct complaint] is an act of futility and can end up in a citizen being arrested and maybe railroaded to prison. 6 gang members were not put in prison for stabbing a man to death by a Connecticut judge. Lodge a complaint against a judge, prosecutor, police officer, DCF, official, or defense lawyer, and maybe the same judge will put you in prison if you are a victim of a crime and were falsely arrested.

If police in Connecticut will help an estranged husband beat his Elitist wife, and then arrest the wife, is anyone safe? [video]

A US Marine, Stephen Murzin, made a police misconduct complaint. The officers complained about, paid Connecticut Registered Confidential Police Informant, Todd Vashon, $10,000 cash to kill Murzin. Stephen Murzin was arrested when he woke up in the hospital with 13 stab wounds. David J. Taylor, a felon on probation, wasn't even violated on probation for almost killing 3 people! [more]

US ambassador to UN to step down

US Ambassador to the Untied Nations Zalmay Khalilzad, 18 May, 2007
Mr Khalilzad scotched rumours he plans to run for the Afghan presidency

Zalmay Khalilzad is to step down as the US ambassador to the UN within months, he has said, while rebutting rumours he plans to run for the Afghan presidency. [BBC]

The Afghan-born diplomat made the announcement in a televised interview with Afghanistan's Ariana Network.

"I will resign from my official work in the next few months and start a private business," said Mr Khalilzad.

He became the ambassador to the UN in April 2007, having previously served as ambassador in Iraq and Afghanistan.

In Kabul, he came to be known as "the viceroy", or the real president of Afghanistan, while as ambassador to Baghdad, he became one of the country's most powerful men.

No immediate plans

During his Ariana interview in New York, Mr Khalilzad scotched rumours that he planned to put himself in the running for Afghanistan's presidency.

"I have said earlier that I'm not a candidate for any position in Afghanistan, but I am at the service of the Afghan people," he said.

Mr Khalilzad was appointed to his role at the UN by President George W Bush, whom he served on the National Security Council from 2000-2002.

He has close ties to the Republican Party, having also worked for the Bush administration as a special presidential envoy to Afghanistan.

He was previously a counsellor to former Secretary of Defence Donald Rumsfeld.

A fluent Pashto and Dari speaker, Mr Khalilzad was born in 1951 and spent time studying in Lebanon before moving to the US with his family in the 1970s, and becoming a US citizen.

A US spokesman at the UN said Mr Khalilzad had "no immediate plans to resign".

[my thoughts on the subject]

Two Wrongs Don't Make a Right

Law enforcement officials converge outside the temple walls at the YFZ ranch in West Texas.

You would have to have no access to the news, or completely oblivious, not to have heard of the goings on with the "Polygamous Cult" pedophile behavior down in Texas. [the latest from CNN]

Law enforcement was waiting for any opportunity to go all out after the group. A false allegation, or a set up, could have resulted in the trap being strung.

Raping children is wrong. Marrying more than one spouse is illegal. I'm not disputing that. Police can target individuals and groups, false allegations are gladly accepted. There is no oversight of police at role call, so anyone anytime can be arrested and hauled away for political reasons, not crimes committed. Police can have a secret "Enemies List", arresting citizens for political excuses.

If there is a number of drunk driving arrests in a community, would that be a reason for police to storm into all homes in a town, kick in doors, confiscate all liquor, close the bars, and suspend all driver's licenses?

Police should investigate allegations of crimes having been committed. Let's say there was a concentration of a minority community in New Haven, Connecticut. If one or more of them were accused of a despicable crime, would it then be okay to surround all the neighborhoods, military style, and haul off all the women, men, and children separately off to "camps"?

If there is to be any perception of living in a "Free Country", authorities and police have to follow rules of law, proper procedure, and at least seem like they aren't lying liars bent on pursuing their own personal agendas. Courts have to be accessible. Judges, prosecutors, police, department of children and families, defense lawyers, and other operatives of the police and the courts have to act legally and in the best interest of the public.

The sad fact is, they don't. We all then suffer.

Has George W. Bush taken acting lessons?

It is my opinion that US President George W. Bush has NPD, Narcissitic Personality Disorder [post]. I believe many lawyers also have this disorder, such as Ellington, Connecticut, Attorney Michael H. Agranoff [post]. [click here] for my youtube.com videos.

Live on CNN, Bush, earlier today, awarded Navy Seal "Frogman" Michael Monsoor. Monsoor was honored posthumously for his actions in Ramadi, Iraq. Monsoor dove on a live hand grenade to save his "Teammates".

Bush almost pulls off the act of actually caring and having human emotions.

Those with NPD don't actually have feelings or care about anyone other than themselves. They have to mimic expressions of caring, body language, and acting like they care. With Bush there is much lost in translation. George W. is, however, much better pulling off lying, acting he like he truly cares, and has reduced his going into awkward, goofy expressions at the inappropriate time.

Another parent, more aware of the Bush regime's real intentions might have been tempted to whack the SOB with it ...

"no end in sight"

Iraq's Descent into Chaos
the documentary movie [info]

"Watch this. Get your friends to watch it. Talk about it. And then call someone." - George Clooney

I find the movie easy to follow, easy to understand, and probably the best, basic blueprint for organizing the average citizen, the American population, in demanding the arrest and prosecution of George W. Bush, Richard "Dick" Cheney, and their crew. -Steven G. Erickson stevengerickson@yahoo.com

I ask Vermonters why they voted to have Cheney and Bush Arrested. [video]

"The Good Shepherd" [info] is a movie that tells the story of a fictional character, but tells the story of really where the CIA has been, and the nightmare we are headed for.

Has the CIA been the drug delivery system of choice, "The Fed-Ex" of illegal narcotics delivery, since the Vietnam war? [more]

Are many websites and groups regarding complaining about police, prosecutorial, judicial, attorney, and official misconduct really out to help themselves to the money out of your wallets and purses, more than trying to really help you? [more]

Bill Moyers: Contract Fraud in Iraq worth Billions

Imagine about $100,000,000,000 in fraud just paid out to Iraq contractors. Millions stolen doesn't even come up on radar. Elected officials seem to do about nothing. Should we withhold tax dollars until they stop stealing our future and paying criminals?

Taxpayers are funding Black Market criminals. Are youth is getting shot up, blown up, and suffering physically and mentally if they aren't killed.

Enough is enough.

Black Water and other war contractors are making money hands over fist. One of the drawbacks of the war in Iraq actually ending, would be that all these profiteers would be plying their trades inside America if there is no external conflict.

America is soon to be a police state. Speak out and go to prison. I just got mouthy about police not wanting to do anything about prostitutes and drug dealers around my former rental properties in Stafford Springs, Connecticut, and I was railroaded to prison. [Beware, the domestic spies]

None of you are safe. Either speak out and do something in numbers or just continue to watch your dollars go out the window and your freedom get plowed into the ground, never to be seen again.

Blackwater coming to a Hood Near You

Text with video:
Bill Moyers Journal Blackwater in America
October 19, 2007

In this clip from Bill Moyers Journal, he interviews Nation Institute Fellow Jeremy Scahill, author of the national bestseller Blackwater on the implications of the use of private contractors on American soil. The question raised was the use of private contractors in the United States of America if Martial Law were imposed!

Mr. Scahill details how Blackwater boots landed in New Orleans without previous authority from any government agency for a week. Thereafter, they landed a contract with Homeland Security to patrol New Orleans.

Second clip was a question raised to Rep. Diane Watson @ LA Town Hall on Oct 14, 2007 about how Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has contacted Blackwater in to use in place of National Guard in case of an emergency! As reported in LA Times in April 07.

Blackwater USA, a private army that promises "the most comprehensive professional security, peacekeeping and stability operations" in the world, is planning to build a major training center in San Diego County and, according to one company executive, has met with Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger providing its services following a major California disaster.
