America's Boss Tweed Court System

One of the biggest things wrong with the US is its court system, and the lack of independent oversight.

Bosses of the judiciary can appoint friends and family. Money management is in secret and contracts are given to friends and family. Taxpayers are being rooked. Positions are made up and “important people” need not even show up to make 6 figures. Contracts are handed out like candy and money doesn’t need to be managed or accounted for because many court systems operate in secret, video cameras used to keep them honest aren’t allowed, and there is no audit or honest accounting taking place. [example]

If you are a judicial branch employee, and if you blow the whistle, you’ll have thugs showing up at your house, intimidating your friends, and you’ll be suspended or fired for trying to do what is right.

Just ask Andrea Wilson. She can be seen in [this video].

Should your tax dollars be spent on a Boss Tweed style court system?

Should bosses like Boss “Uncle Joe” D’Allesio (sp.?) in Connecticut be immune from prosecution, for racketeering, obstruction of justice, nepotism, and the rigging of the courts?

Judges are getting kickbacks to send as many citizens to prison as possible, guilty or innocent, it doesn’t matter. Taking away kids and breaking up families is another profit maker for the judiciary. If the rest of the Country is following the example, the Mafia runs and builds prisons, and most everything official is run like the Soprano’s trash hauling business.

Our government isn’t “self-cleaning”. We have to Hurricane Katrina style "flushing" ourselves.

From the Hartford Courant:

Enfield Man Charged With Threatening Obama; Questioned By Secret Service

By ARIELLE LEVIN BECKER and CHRISTINE DEMPSEY | The Hartford Courant (Connecticut)
2:11 PM EDT, June 13, 2009

ENFIELD - An Enfield man was arrested this week after making threats against the president, police said.

Donald Christmas, 39, was driving on Route 5 on Tuesday when he pulled up to a film crew that was filming at a local auto dealership and began speaking with them, Enfield police said Saturday. Christmas made comments about President Barack Obama, saying that somebody should kill him, police said.

The people Christmas spoke with filed a complaint with police, who arrested him a short time later while driving on Route 5.

Christmas was charged with inciting injury to a person and breach of peace. The U.S. Secret Service interviewed Christmas while he was in police custody.

Christmas was released on $10,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court June 23.

I talked with Mr. Donald Christmas tonight.

Donny told me that Ms. Jacobs accosted him, taking offense to his anti Obama bumper stickers placed on his vehicle. Donny claimed to have refused to change his positions on US President Barack Obama, refusing to remove the bumper stickers from his vehicle. An argument allegedly ensued according to Mr. Christmas. Donny claims that Ms. Jacobs then called police and falsely claimed Donny had made a death threat against Barack Obama saying that someone should kill Obama.

Donny says that he was already at work during the time Ms. Jacobs alleges that Donny made a comment. Maybe witnesses can collaborate Donny's story. The arresting officer allegedly arrested Donald Christmas after his 16 year old prostitute girlfriend who allegedly was often a passenger in the officer's cruiser, attacked Donny for evicting her, her prostitute mother, and her prostitute sister out of an apartment. Donny allegedly faced a year in prison for being slapped and yelled at in front of his wife and child, holding groceries, by the officer's 16 year old prostitute girlfriend. The same officer left the scene of an accident allegedly involving alcohol and or illegal substances, possibly another underage girl in the car at the time of the accident, and remained a police officer. The same officer allegedly confiscated Donald Christmas' McCain and anti-Obama lawn signs, leaving a neighbor's pro-Obama signs. [video of Don Christmas]

Can one person accuse anyone else of anything, be the only witness, and can anyone be arrested for anything, anytime, in the US? Are there Free Speech Police in the State of Connecticut, where police misconduct might be more the rule, than the exception?

If Donny's tame statements, if he even made them, were made in comparison, with statements I have made on video in front of countless witnesses, why wasn't I arrested and interviewed by the Secret Service? Well, the answer is, I was within what is American Free Speech, and I believe, so was Donny.

This is what I said to Phil Donahue, video:

Internet Trolling to Squash Free Speech?

The Connecticut State Police have been accused of hacking into computers nationwide and even worldwide [story] when they are being blasted with words and exposed for the thugs they are. When others are out to expose the brass in Official Connecticut, legislators, their corporate and financial raider friends, the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services, and the Special Operations of the Connecticut State Police go into spy and espionage mode. If the Connecticut State Police can put the campaign manager for the Green Party Candidate for Governor on their "Secret Enemies List" to arrest on sight [story], I have to at least question what really went on the below story:

Hal Turner, Talk Radio Host, Facing Charges For Inciting Violence Against Officials [Huffington Post]

Things don't appear to be going to well for New Jersey internet radio host and white supremacy-enthusiast Hal Turner. The onetime candidate for Congress and inveterate threatener of public officials has run afoul of the law, and will face charges in Connecticut. The Hartford Courant has the news:

Turner, who has been identified as a white supremacist and anti-Semite by several anti-racism groups, hosts an Internet radio program with an associated blog. On Tuesday, the blog included a post that promised to release the home addresses of state Rep. Michael Lawlor, state Sen. Andrew McDonald and Thomas Jones of the State Ethics Office.

"Mr. Turner's comments are above and beyond the threshold of free speech," Capitol Police Chief Michael J. Fallon said in an e-mail announcing the warrant. "He is inciting others through his website to commit acts of violence and has created fear and alarm. He should be held accountable for his conduct."

The remarks on the blog were a reaction to the recent controversy over a bill that would have changed the way the Roman Catholic Church is governed, taking power away from church officials and turning it over to lay members. It was pulled in mid-March following an outcry from Catholics across the state and questions about its constitutionality.

The comments in question included, "It is our intent to foment direct action against these individuals personally. These beastly government officials should be made an example of as a warning to others in government: Obey the Constitution or die," and "If any state attorney, police department or court thinks they're going to get uppity with us about this, I suspect we have enough bullets to put them down, too."

These sorts of threats of impending violence are nothing new to Turner.

In December of 2006, Turner called for political assassinations:

"We may have to ASSASSINATE some of the people you elect on Nov. 7! This could be your LAST ELECTION CHANCE, to save this Republic... Sorry to have to be so blunt, but the country is in mortal danger from our present government and our liberty is already near dead because of this government. If you are too stupid to turn things around with your vote, there are people out here like me who are willing to turn things around with guns, force and violence. We hope our method does not become necessary."

In March of 2008, when Sean Hannity was confronted with having been previously associated with Turner, Hannity's forceful denials seemed to anger a betrayed Turner:

I was quite disappointed when Sean Hannity at first tried to say he didn't know me and then went on to say that I ran some senate campaign in New Jersey. In fact, Sean Hannity does know me and we were quite friendly a number of years ago.

Turner went on to threaten: "Another big difference is that I am perfectly willing to use force and violence against my enemies while Sean Hannity and others are not. Those using me as a prop to attack Sean Hannity would do well to remember this fact."

A month later, Turner was inciting violence against Paul B. Ash, the Lexington, Massachusetts superintendent of schools:

"I advocate parents using FORCE AND VIOLENCE against Superintendent Paul B. Ash as a method of defending the health and safety of school children presently being endangered through his politically-correct indoctrination into deadly, disease-ridden sodomite lifestyles."

The Courant reports that Turner will be in a New Jersey court today for extradition proceedings.

My main problem with the story above is if Mr. Turner broke the law, federal law, why didn't the FBI arrest Turner, not the Connecticut State Police reaching out to New Jersey? This is the true nature of the Connecticut State Police:
