I haven't been online or on the phone much. Friends have had concerns that my former employer, Mark Lanoue [more info] of Mark's Motors Inc., Brattleboro, Vermont, would cause me problems for wanting me to keep quiet about his behavior.
Mark's reputation is known around the area, and he has to go farther and farther away to get drivers and others to work for him. You can only screw over so many people in any given area, before the word gets out.
Although I felt Mark was serious, threatening me with reprisal, for talking about how he conducts himself personally and in business matters, there are those out there I would be much more concerned about retaliating against me.
[Video] shot on the subject of former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer needing his finances looked into for improprieties before the scandal broke and the information I was writing about former Governor John G. Rowland of Connecticut before he received a year in federal prison for public corruption registers much higher on my “concerns” scale.

Get paid tax dollars in Connecticut, retire, and then get paid again, double-dipping. [more]

My cell phone hit the highway and was smashed, or was lost. It was nice to do without a phone. Haven't been online. It is nice to live life offline.
I don't have a good enough signal to check all of my many emails, and maybe not enough to blog.
Have had a chance to look at some old notes and paperwork. Before having a job selling used cars, I was working on exposing major fraud going on in the Connecticut Judicial Branch. I was sidetracked. So many current and former employees were informing me directly of what is going on, or as a “fly on the wall” in the background at key meetings and overhearing conversations, I put a lot together.
Excuse my spelling errors of names and words, spellcheck is not available for me right now.
Here are a few observations, opinions, and rumor, that is either my own, overheard, or is that of others:
Joe D'Allesio of the Judicial Branch in Connecticut has more power than the Governor or any elected officials. So, maybe M. Jodi Rell, the current Republican Governor of Connecticut answers to “Uncle Joe”.
Cindy Eagan allegedly charged up a storm on a judicial branch credit card under the name of a former employee of “the branch” and Connecticut Judicial Branch employee union members allegedly footed the bill to cover up the fraud and to pay for personal charges on the credit card charged by Eagan.
If you can't report such abuse and public corruption to any state or federal agency and not get an honest investigation and punishments for the guilty, what does that say about all of America's government, all 3 branches?
Either we have an honest, representative government by and for the people, or we don't.
Well, I am going to hit “post” for the above text and then see if it posts.
I am watching Glenn Beck on Fox News right now on Fox News.
Small business really is under attack in America. Policies are harming and shrinking small business. Small business is the way out of the slump, small business should be fostered in America, not punished.
This blogger has never seen a business more poorly rated with consistent complaints for predatory business practices. It is amazing that Marks Motors Inc., Brattleboro, Vermont, is still in business with reviews like this: http://www.insiderpages.com/b/3723129911/marks-motors-inc-brattleboro
How are some used car lots really run, this is behind the scenes?:
Boss of a used car lot, drinking beer and vodka during the day, talks about homosexual sex, farting, and sleeping with his young daughters:
The boss in the above video can't be heard saying he sleeps with his daughters. The line is repeated so it can be heard, and the boss admits saying it, saying, "yes".
7-21-09 Mark Lanoue of Marks Motors Inc., Brattleboro, Vermont, talks to employees as in the video, and worse. He yells at his little girls, "Get out!":
Video shot from cellphone 7-27-09, Brattleboro, VT:
Check out video above for a vendor talking about male on male sexual harassment in the workplace involving the "boss" in the below photo. Mark Lanoue grabs male employee's buttocks saying things like, "I want to feel you in me."
This guy owns a used car lot in Brattleboro, Vermont, and lives on a lake in Spofford, New Hampshire. I worked for him up until about 5:30 PM last Friday. He had deducted about $100 from my pay without my having signed permission for him to do so. He told me I could either accept it, or get paid back cash and then be fired. I intend on getting paid back the thousands he stole from me and possibly get additional compensation for having to endure a hostile work environment and other abuse.
The "boss" has stolen 10's of thousands of dollars from the independent body and car repair shop behind his business. The wife of his victim does his accounting.
He took $500 each from the other two salespeople just this past Friday!
The boss thinks he can fine and steal from his employees at will. He pays drivers less than Vermont minimum wage and deducts hours from them if he thinks that take too long or for any excuse he can come up with.
The "boss" has a fit, last Thursday and takes the water bottle off the water cooler and throws it as the wall. I didn't witness this, at least one other salesperson did. He did witness and hear me being called a "Nigger" by the boss, and him saying, "I can't stand coming to where I own a business as I work with a bunch of fucking niggers."
I have a video clip on my cell phone where the "boss" calls US President Obama a "fucking nigger" and says the only reason cops are cops as they are too stupid to do any other job and they were picked on as children in school.
The same cops that he alleges to pay off to keep out of trouble, he calls morons, when he drinks his vodka and Molson Ice Beer in large quantities in his office and drives home drunk, daily. Another salesperson suggested I call the police on him, I know the police are probably going to go after the person who calls in, so, why bother?
The "boss" had one of his fits and broke the doors on this closet next to his 2nd floor office overlooking McDonald's in Brattleboro, VT.
The "boss" had a fit up in his office and punched the wall. He routinely knock computer monitors off desks, smashed drawers, and throws license plates and other items at employees while yelling at them, swearing, and using racially, sexual, and other offensive terms. He gropes male employees and has touched the genitals of males, and has tried to do so in front of numerous witnesses on many occasions.
He comments daily on wanting to be fucked up the ass and doing so to other male employees. He is constantly suggesting that he be orally satisfied by male employees.
The "boss" desk and chair.
The broken water cooler.
A stock of water bottles now useless. Employees and customers at the car lot no longer have anything cold to drink on the extreme hot days that have occurred since the incident, and are yet to come. The "boss" said we and customers can drink tap water. Which is off tasting and warm, what an asshole.
Cell phone picture shot 7-21-2009. "Rome" pictured right, next to"boss", left. Rome talks about having his genitals and buttocks grabbed in cellphone video as does the other long time salesperson for boss in separate cellphone video. Those videos have not yet been rendered and posted from gigs of video.
The boss seems to get pleasure demeaning a longtime employee, 7-29-09:
The "Boss" calls Obama the "N word" says that cops are cops because they are idiots who got picked on in school. He ridicules Obama and his guests for having one beer in the afternoon as he consumes several Molson Ice Beers and a lot of Vodka at work up in his office during work hours:
Bipolar disorder affects men and women equally. It usually appears between ages 15 - 25. The exact cause is unknown, but it occurs more often in relatives of people with bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder results from disturbances in the areas of the brain that regulate mood. There are two primary types of bipolar disorder. People with bipolar disorder I have had at least one fully manic episode with periods of major depression. In the past, bipolar disorder I was called manic depression. People with bipolar disorder II seldom experience full-fledged mania. Instead they experience periods of hypomania (elevated levels of energy and impulsiveness that are not as extreme as the symptoms of mania). These hypomanic periods alternate with episodes of major depression. A mild form of bipolar disorder called cyclothymia involves periods of hypomania and mild depression, with less severe mood swings. People with bipolar disorder II or cyclothymia may be misdiagnosed as having depression alone. Symptoms The manic phase may last from days to months and can include the following symptoms: Agitation or irritation Elevated mood Hyperactivity Increased energy Lack of self-control Racing thoughts Inflated self-esteem (delusions of grandeur, false beliefs in special abilities) Little need for sleep Over-involvement in activities Poor temper control Reckless behavior Binge eating, drinking, and/or drug use Impaired judgment Sexual promiscuity Spending sprees Tendency to be easily distracted These symptoms of mania are seen with bipolar disorder I. In people with bipolar disorder II, hypomanic episodes involve similar symptoms that are less intense. The depressed phase of both types of bipolar disorder involves very serious symptoms of major depression: Difficulty concentrating, remembering, or making decisions Eating disturbances Loss of appetite and weight loss Overeating and weight gain Fatigue or listlessness Feelings of worthlessness, hopelessness and/or guilt Loss of self-esteem Persistent sadness Persistent thoughts of death Sleep disturbances Excessive sleepiness Inability to sleep Suicidal thoughts Withdrawal from activities that were once enjoyed Withdrawal from friends There is a high risk of suicide with bipolar disorder. While in either phase, patients may abuse alcohol or other substances, which can worsen the symptoms. Sometimes there is an overlap between the two phases. Manic and depressive symptoms may occur simultaneously or in quick succession in what is called a mixed state.

8/8/09 Manic Mark Lanoue on wet farting in his pants?
Text with video: Mark Lanoue, owner of Mark's Motors Inc., Brattleboro, Vermont, talks about selling cars to his old boss, Bob Rountree. Rountree has a Ford dealership in Brattleboro and is owner of Kia of Keene in New Hampshire.
It has been long rumored that Mark Lanoue offers sales managers half of whatever he marks up from his asking price on cars to the sales managers of other dealerships. If he makes about $3000 on a car and then another $500 or $1000 from dirty dealing, Mark Lanoue must be making money, hand over fist, right?
