Farmageddon, the corporate US Gov Ploy to finish off small farms/small business

Dow Chemical, Monsanto, other corporations, and the foreign bank and corporation controlled US Government want to drive the final nail into the coffins of small farmers, and even non-corporate landscaping services. Is there a government war on the people to prevent us from feeding ourselves, being self-employed, and owning small businesses. Should a CDL license be needed to drive a lawn tractor or farm tractor, or other equipment on private property, NOT ON PUBLIC ROADS?
Should running a small farm, owning a small business, or being self-employed be illegal in America?
Is this power grab just too much? Alex Jones suggests that we Americans obey no federal laws at all. What do you think? Scroll down for video.
I had two cruisers following me around, almost daily, wherever I went. I was contracting for homeowners and businesses, legally, and I was fixing up, and renting out apartments, in properties I had purchased, and fixed up from a boarded up condition, legally. Connecticut State Police Officer [Samuel Izzarelli] told me I was a target of police for my choice of professions and that I should have chosen a better one. Criminals, drug dealers, prostitutes, and vandals were police minions to help take down people like me. At a time that a child molester got probation, armed robbers, and even gang members on probation who raped their ex-girlfriends, I got prison for resisting being beaten up on my own property, after being terrorized and threatened by police and their gang members called police informants.
So, from my perspective, the war is truly against us. They've been preparing for decades. Most are still blind to the real agenda.

A new rule being proposed by the federal Department of Transportation would require farmers to get commercial drivers licenses.
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, which is a part of DOT, wants to adopt standards that would reclassify all farm vehicles and implements as Commercial Motor Vehicles, officials said. Likewise, the proposal, if adopted, would require all farmers and everyone on the farm who operates any of the equipment to obtain a CDL, they added.
The proposed rule change would mean that anyone who drives a tractor or operates any piece of motorized farming equipment would be required to pass the same tests and complete the same detailed forms and logs required of semi-tractor trailer drivers.
