It's Here, UN Gun Ban Treaty. Sneaky Language to end US Constitution?

We the people should have a national referendum vote. We should vote on whether to kick the UN and all of its personnel out of the US.

What just got in under your radar December 24, 2014? When was the NDAA passed? Barack Obama signed it December 26, 2013. That means no trials are necessary and any can be quietly abducted, tortured, indefinitely detained, and murdered in secret with no charges, no hearing, and no information available to the public.[more info]

Picture above stolen [from here].

Either the US Constitution is intact or it is not. Free Speech, property ownership, rights to a fair trial, to have a family, choose what you do for work, where you live, to travel, to have recreation, to pursue liberty and the pursuit of happiness can all go bye-bye with line item vetoes of the US Constitution. If the US has been signed away to the North American Union, the US no longer has sovereignty. We are under armed occupation and we all live in one of the largest open prison camps in the world.

Treaty Regulating Global Arms Trade Takes Effect

Associated Press | Dec 23, 2014 | by Edith M. Lederer

UNITED NATIONS — A landmark treaty regulating the multibillion-dollar global arms trade comes into force on Wednesday, a milestone hailed by the United Nations and campaigners seeking to stop weapons sales to dictators, terrorists and human rights abusers.

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said Tuesday the treaty's speedy entry into force — less than two years after its historic adoption by the U.N. General Assembly — reflects the commitment of states, international organizations and civil society "to stop irresponsible arms transfers."

The treaty requires countries that ratify it to establish national regulations to control the transfer of conventional arms and components, and to regulate arms brokers. It prohibits the transfer of conventional weapons if they violate arms embargoes or if they promote acts of genocide, crimes against humanity or war crimes, and if they could be used in attacks on civilians or civilian buildings such as schools and hospitals.

So far, 60 countries have ratified the treaty including five of the world's top 10 arms exporters — France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Britain. Another 129 countries have signed but not ratified the treaty including the United States, the largest arms producer and exporter.

Ban called on all countries that haven't ratified the treaty to do so "without delay."

However, there is little hope of U.S. ratification, which requires approval by two-thirds of the Senate. Republicans, who will control the Senate in January, overwhelmingly oppose gun restrictions and the treaty is vehemently opposed by the powerful National Rifle Association.

The global trade in arms and ammunition has been estimated to generate between $60 billion and $85 billion annually. But Amnesty International, which started campaigning for a treaty in the early 1990s, said Tuesday the value of the secrecy-shrouded international arms trade is approaching $100 billion annually.

"This achievement is a truly historic breakthrough," Amnesty Secretary General Salil Shetty said. But "it is not a panacea. It will require even more widespread support and pressure to ensure states strictly adhere to its principles."

Anna Macdonald, director of the Control Arms Coalition representing over 100 organizations working in more than 120 countries, said civilians from the Syrian city of Aleppo to Peshawar in Pakistan, and from Gaza to South Sudan, "have paid far too high a price this year" as a result of the poorly regulated arms trade.

"If robustly implemented, this treaty has the potential to save many lives and offer much-needed protection to vulnerable civilians around the world," Macdonald said. "It is now — finally — against international law to put weapons in the hands of human rights abusers and dictators. December 24 marks the dawn of a new era."

Is the US an Oligarchy? Do Billionaires make the rules, decides who lives, who breeds, who live where, and who works where? Do we still have a democratic republic? Is 2015 the year of absolute collapse of the US and other countries? Why are the elite bunkering in, hoarding supplies, and buying bullet and bomb proof SUVs? Why are some elites now hiding in underground bunkers and out on islands?

Will UN Peace Keeper and Designated Foreign Troops be sent to US Homes, House to House, to confiscate guns and ammunition?

G20 to seize 12 Trillion out of your accts, pension, retirement?

It seems the UN/Central Banks run the world government. How you have been signed on to the big banks gambling and derivative debts is explained by Ellen Brown [Web of Debt blog] and James Corbett or the [Corbett Report].

Whether you are a cop, in the military, or just an average citizen the 5 big banks have pulled a major surprise just in time for the holidays. The UN Small Arms treaty is also taking effect December 24, 2014.

The NDAA was signed by Obama into law December 26, 2013, eliminating the need for trials, which allows indefinite detention, torture, and covert murder of anyone on their secret list.

Disarm the people, set up police as a military occupation with wheeled tanks, and announce bank accounts, retirement, and pensions are going to be seized to the tune of 12 Trillion Dollars. Were you aware of who decides what at G20 meetings? You have been signed on to the Banks' gambling and derivative debts? Did you even know? Do you care?

Police have not been stockpiling wheeled tanks and been training to take on the American people for well over a decade for nothing. There are special forces to make people riot for America to be declared a war zone to confiscate all guns in the US house to house and at checkpoints. War has been declared on we the people today.
